Glow Part 2

Part 2 of Glow..... I like it much better...Buttons are the same but the bg seemed less poofy and the top buttons are no longer buttons but just the word of what they are. Click to download,,, and enjoy... If you don't know how to do skins, check out the vlc site or send me a note.

Also no resizing... I tried, I really did. But It seemed to want to cut the entire skin when I resized it.
Again....Close the video before you close vlc... or it crashes... Yeah im still learning,,, so don't send me notes telling me it does that.... I put that info in the first comments box.
Also the equalizer is fixed on this one, so its not telling you its off if its on.
